We are pleased to announce the release of version 1.5 of the erasmus Bible app. This release has several program fixes and improvements, making it even easier to use. New features include the ability to upgrade/downgrade your library from within the app, and the Prayer Journal. Now you can create your own prayer journal and/or subscribe to any church or ministry that publishes prayer lists that are compliant with the open EPPJ standard. Further, you can create EPPJ-compliant prayer lists that can be published on your web site.
In addition to minor formatting corrections in many existing reference works, and additional content for the hymnal and “Reflections in the Redwoods” devotional, we’ve also added the following new reference works to the Deluxe library:
”The Apocalypse” by Dr. Seiss: A commentary on the book of Revelation with a more literal/modern approach to interpretation than many older commentaries.
”The Bible in Basic English”: A translation of the Bible into Basic English, making it ideal for teaching both English and the Bible to non-English speakers.
”A Memoir of William Tyndale”: A brief biography of William Tyndale, who was martyred for translating the Bible into English.
