Support for the erasmus Bible app

Support for the erasmus Bible app is provided via email and social media. You can directly contact us and we'll get back to you via email as soon as we can. We also monitor our Facebook page, but posting your questions there may result in another user being able to help you more quickly than we can. Be careful not to post your erasmus account name or email on social media if you have an account. Never provide your account password to anyone. We will never need it or request it.

There are four different kinds of problems that may occur:

  • 1. Web site issues, include the on-line store. Report on our social media or by direct communication.
  • 2. Problems downloading the app. See the section on downloads on our FAQ for help. If you still cannot download, contact us.
  • 3. Problems installing the app. See the section on installs on our FAQ for help. If you still cannot install, contact us.
  • 4. Problems using the app. See below

Problems with the app
There are numerous possible reasons for a problem using the app. If you simply want to know how to do something, you can check the documentation here. Otherwise, the following steps will resolve many problems.

STEP 1: Make sure your device is updated to the latest version of the operating system (Windows, MacOS, Android, or IOS).

STEP 2: Make sure all pending updates are applied to your device, including device drviers.

STEP 3: Make sure you are using the latest version of erasmus. Click here to see the latest version that is available.

STEP 4: See if the issue you are having is known and listed in the release notes. The notes may indicate any work-arounds to your issue that can be used until the next version of erasmus is released.

STEP 5: If you are still having unresolved issues, feel free to contact us directly or via social media.
