Erasmus Online Bible Terms and Conditions of Use

The erasmus Online Bible (herein "Resource") is a online resource provided by CONROY & CONROY COMPANY that is free for use by the internet community under the following terms.

1. No contract. The Resource is provided for free without any compensation from the user. User agrees that no contractual relationship is created between the user and CONROY & CONROY COMPANY. No usage outside the terms and conditions listed herein is authorized.

2. Acceptance of terms. Use of the Resource constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. User agrees that CONROY & CONROY COMPANY may change these terms and conditions at any time. CONROY & CONROY COMPANY authorizes access to Resource only to those who abide by these terms and conditions.

3. Representations. CONROY & CONROY COMPANY makes no representation that,

a. Resource will be suitable for any use or purpose,
b. Resource will be available at any time,
c. Resource will be available for any length of time,
d. Resource will be error free.
or
e. any other representation.

4. Requirements. User of Resource agrees that they will not,

a. Attempt to interfere with operation of Resource or associated web sites through any means, including but not limited to, hacking, or denial of service attacks,
b. Use Resource to promote clearly anti-Christian messages or teachings,
or
c. Attempt to significantly alter the contents or appearance of the contents provided by Resource.

5. Remedy. CONROY & CONROY COMPANY may, solely at its discretion, throttle the speed of, or deny access to, Resource if CONROY & CONROY COMPANY decides that user has violated these terms and conditions, or for any other reason.

6. Limitation of Liability. YOU AGREE THAT CONROY & CONROY COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF CONROY & CONROY COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (A) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE RESOURCE; (B) THE COST OF GETTING SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY PRODUCTS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM RESOURCE; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (D) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANYONE ON THE SERVICES; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO RESOURCE. IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, ANY PARTY IS FOUND TO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS ANY WAY CONNECTED TO YOUR USE OF RESOURCE, LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED US$1.00.

7. Governing Jurisdiction. This agreement shall be governed by the laws and courts of the county of KING in the state of Washington, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to Resource. Use of Resource is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this Section.

8. Severability. If any part of these terms and conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue in effect. These terms and conditions constitute the entire understanding between you and Conroy & Conroy Company regarding Resource.
